How it works Every candidate begins with a Communication Strategy Session - a focused 20–30 min diagnostic to simulate interview pressure, reveal strengths and blockers, and map out a clear roadmap. From there, candidates can continue with the Full Diagnostic (45 min, with Readiness Score + scorecard), which also makes them eligible for our recruiter introductions and global talent pool.
