Utilimarc began as a benchmarking platform to show fleets how their performance compared to their peers’. We have since expanded to include analytics, telematics and expanded third party integrations to satisfy fleets’ growing need for smart data management. Our team is made up of ex-fleet managers, data scientists and product experts that deeply understand the problems facing fleets today. Engineering and Information Technology

Previous engineering management or tech lead experience, dbt knowledge, fleet/logistics/IoT domain experience, analytics and data visualization experience, experience scaling data platforms and teams

Role transitions to Engineering Manager within 3-6 months, hybrid work with 3 days/week onsite in Minneapolis, focus on fleet industry data SaaS platform, emphasis on leadership and hands-on technical involvement
